Vitamin B3
Niacinamide, also called nicotinamide, is a form of vitamin B3. It’s found in green vegetables, cereals ,milk and many other natural sources. It keeps the skin moisturised. Vitamin B5, also known as pantothenic acid, is a water soluble vitamin that possesses good skin permeability.
